SHIPPING & POLICIES
Shipping within the United States – Shipments are sent with USPS Priority Mail and insured. A shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped and shipping time usually take between 1-5 business days.
International Shipping - Transit times will vary per method/per country anywhere from 4-14 business days.
Forward Supply Co. is not responsible for shipments held in customs. The customer will be responsible to claim and recover any packaged held with customs. Customer will be responsible for any custom fees that are applied from imported products— Forward Supply Co. will not be responsible for any fees beyond what is noted at checkout.
Forward Supply Co. will not hold responsibility for lost or damaged shipments. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
While we hope that you’re nothing but satisfied with your Forward Supply Co. purchase, if for any reason you are unsatisfied we will accept returns under the following conditions:
- Each item returned must be in original, new condition and return request must be placed within 30 days of purchase date. Each item being returned must show no signs of wear or your return will not be accepted. If you anticipate a return, please handle each item with the utmost possible care.
- For return requests please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will correspond with a return authorization and return instructions prior to you mailing you return products back to us.
- Once your return is received, we will review each product to confirm new/unused condition, and then your refund will be issued.
- Neither original shipping charges or return shipping charges will be refunded.
- Returns sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
If for some reason you receive a faulty product, please email explaining the specific issue including pictures and we will address the specific issue accordingly. Please note that leather grain will vary from piece to piece and in some cases may contain small natural marks or scaring. This is a normal characteristic to all leather and is not considered a product defect.
Forward Supply Co. reserves the right to validate all returns and defaults at our discretion but we take pride in our work and will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason your purchase is ever in need of a repair, please contact us at email@example.com. Repairs are carried out on a case by case basis and depending on the nature of the repair, may have a repair fee. If your product has a fee to be repaired we will notify you prior to executing any repair. Normal wear and tear will not always be eligible for repair and we reserve the right to determine whether or not the need for repair is due to normal wear and tear.
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated below only.
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
